Do a Challenge Event
Sign up for a walk, run, swim, or something else that will challenge you and fundraise for Small Steps at the same time! We have regular slots in annual challenges so just get in touch to find out more. If you need inspiration, Small Steps is a listed charity for Action Challenge, who have events happening throughout the year, so you can pick a challenge to suit you and fundraise for Small Steps too.

Make us your Charity of the Year
Nominate Small Steps as your company's Charity of the Year! We have many innovative and exciting fundraising ideas to choose from that are easy and fun. You can see the difference you make to Small Steps by visiting us or we may be able to do a presentation at your workplace, which is a great opportunity to motivate your staff. We’ll also provide you with lots of resources so your staff can understand why our service and their fundraising is so important.
Organise a Community Event
If you would like to organise a stall at your local Church, School or Community Event or Fair to raise money for Small Steps let us know. Bake sales, hook-a-duck and face painting stalls are always a big hit! We run bake sales every May and June, so if you're a baker do let us know too. We have lots of resources we get give you to help you with your fundraising. Drop us a line below.
Donate when you shop
Did you know that whenever you buy anything online – from your weekly shop to your annual holiday – you could be raising free donations for Small Steps with Easyfundraising? Recycle Your Ink Cartridges
Did you know that you can help us raise funds simply by recycling your ink cartridges via our Recycle4Charity programme? For each ink cartridge recycled via the programme we will receive up to £2 donation.

Payroll Giving
Payroll Giving, also known as Give As You Earn, is an easy, convenient and tax-effective way to make a regular donation, so it costs you less to give more.
With Payroll Giving you can donate straight from your gross salary (before tax is deducted) giving immediate tax relief on your donations.
Anyone who pays UK tax through PAYE can donate through Payroll Giving.
Just ask your employer if they offer Payroll Giving and they can arrange your donation through your salary for you. For more information click below.
Text Giving
Make a one-off or recurring donations directly from your mobile phone. The simplest and most versatile way to give!
Text the word SMALL followed by your donation amount to 70490 to give that amount.
So to give £20 text SMALL 20 to 70490, to give £30 text SMALL 30 to 70490 etc.
Texts will cost the donation amount plus one standard network rate message.
Fundraise on a Special Day
Make the magic of a special day last a bit longer by supporting Small Steps. You could ask for donations instead of gifts, set up an online giving page, or hold a party to raise funds. Let us know if you'd like us to support you to fundraise at your celebration.
